This was my 2nd submission for the Quilting Arts Calendar of "Fresh Picked". It was not one of the finalists. I used oil pastels on the fabric to create the pears and leaves. I rather like it.

This was my entry for the Quilting Arts Challenge that was "Rock On". It was not chosen for publication, but will be a part of the traveling exhibit.

Fresh Picked

This was one of my submissions to the Quilting Arts calendar competition. It is one of our purple cabbages. There were over 300 entries and mine was not in the finalists. I enjoyed doing the challenge and pushes me to do things outside my comfort zone

Collage Mania

I have named it "Nevermore" hoping that one day we can erase cancer and be able to say this. I have dedicated this to my husband, Tommy, who has had to bouts with the big C. He is a survivor.
